Courses
“Quality by Design (QbD) principles for the development of HPLC Methods” (1 day in Berlin)

This course focusses on Reversed Phase Chromatography (RPC) and on new issues for establishing robust methods, which can be generated inside the so called "DesignSpace" with the goal to gain more flexibility in HPLC in routine applications. Before a successful validation can take place, one should evaluate the limits of possible adjustments in parameter settings. This one day course is devoted to HPLC users, who want to understand the meaning of QbD, to be better prepared to future HPLC method development processes, especially in the submission of new drug applications.

Dates:
in German language:     26.04.2010  and  20.09.2010
in English language:    14.06.2010 and
15.11.2010

“DryLab® & PeakMatch® User  Course (2 days in Berlin)
This course teaches principles and technologies for the development of robust and transferable HPLC methods with the help of the leading HPLC software DryLab® 2010 for method modeling. The course will demonstrate how to establish a well thought Design of Experiments (DoE) for the development of HPLC methods, how to carry out peak tracking between 4 to 12 experiments by understanding peak movements better. Furthermore you will learn how to rejuvenate old methods to an improved performance by changing separation conditions inside the Design Space. You will learn to deal with problematic methods in a simple way. Another important topic is, how to find the best equivalent column or the best replacement column for your separation and how to shorter the run time by keeping the desirable selectivity and critical resolution. Finally we show you how to use special statistical tools to establish the method robustness space fast and how to visualize robust conditions for a better understanding of this complex task to provide an improved method transfer.

Dates:
in German language: 22.-23.04.2010  and  16.-17.09.2010
 in English language:   10.-11.06.2010  and
11.-12.11.2010

Inhouse Courses
A successful validation and routine use of HPLC methods starts with the method development. For this purpose we are offering in house trainings about how to use PeakMatch® and DryLab® in the daily practice. The topics & exercises can be customised to individual demands, course dates can be arranged individually.

Registration: Please send us an email or a fax about the number of interested participants.
For Inhouse couses send us also a few possible dates, when the course would be convenient for your group. We will send you a price quote and a confirmation of the date.
