3D-Robustness Module Demo
The consequent extension of the Design Space concept of DryLab® from 1-, 2-, to a 3.dimension for Robustness visualization in HPLC led to the development of a Resolution Space, showing a 3D-Resolution Cube. The coordinates are gradient time (tG)(x-direction), ternary composition (TC) (y-direction) with ACN in the back and MeOH in the front and temperature (T)(z-direction).
The Animation shows a scan through the 3D-Robustness Space, exhibiting several robust regions (Rs,crit > 1.5) in red colour, as long peak overlaps are shown in blue (Rs,crit=0). Surprisingly it turns out, that we have in MeOH a higher robustness than with ACN. The scan can be stopped and restarted for viewing details in the changing chromatogram.
